You’ve got your starter going, you’ve crafted a couple of beautiful loaves, but now you're ready to take things to the next level—right? Well, we've got the perfect class for you!

Join fellow sourdough lovers for an evening of fun, flavor, and hands-on learning as Savannah Buppert takes a dive into more advanced techniques! You’ll be exploring the magic of inclusions (those tasty extras you can fold into your dough!), cracking the code of baker’s percentages, perfecting decorative scoring to make your loaves Instagram-worthy, and discovering some delicious discard recipes so nothing goes to waste.

Each attendee gets to take home their very own inclusion dough, ready for baking!
