Welcome to The Bellflower. Conveniently located off US 131, our schoolhouse sits on one beautifully landscaped acre, surrounded by mature trees and privacy fencing. The interior is 25’ by 30’ and is handicap ramp accessible. With both air conditioning and heat, the space can seat 50 people comfortably any time of the year.

  • Kitchen (refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave and large sink, storage shelving)

  • Two handicap accessible bathrooms

  • Beautiful chalkboard that moves up and down for optional buffet use

  • Paved parking is available, additional parking is mere minutes away at the 131 park-and-ride

Other Details

  • Hourly rental Friday through Sunday is $95 for 2024 with a 3 hour minimum.

  • Hourly rental Monday through Thursday is $50 with a 3 hour minimum.

  • Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon booking. Renters are expected to leave the building in the same clean condition it was found upon arrival.

  • We recommend a tour before booking. We can discuss decorating, food and catering, and all the other details, just to make sure our space is exactly what you’re looking for.
