Mindful Art & Yoga - Receive a journal and enjoy tea/snacks

Join The Bellflower in January to find your calm and start your 2021 feeling strong.  This 90 minute class will start with 45 minutes of  mindful movements for building strength and yoga poses to stretch the body.  Mia, from Rose Wellbeing, will work with you each week to help you calm the mind.  The second half of the evening will include an inspirational craft to carry you through the week:
