Introducing Micro-Weddings: All Inclusive Ceremony Experience

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working on putting together a list of local vendors who’d like to collaborate for small, intimate schoolhouse weddings. We know many couples have had to postpone their wedding and reception because of the pandemic, and we’re excited to start offering up an all-inclusive ceremony experience for couples who just want to tie the knot (and maybe throw a bigger party later.)

Here’s what we’re working on:

Flowers

We’re thinking a bridal bouquet and a smaller bouquet for the maid of honor or flower girl would help make the day feel most special. We’d also want to have 2 boutineers here as well. We’re working with a few local florists who can help create these, as well as exploring options for some really beautiful silk and paper flower arrangements we’ve seen!

Cake

A sweet little cake is a must for celebrating the marriage. Not only will it be the perfect treat for the newlyweds, but it’s great for an intimate little cake cutting photo op.

Photography

We have connections with a handful of professional wedding photographers. Each couple would receive a collection of professional, downloadable images from their time at the Bellflower.

Officiant

A registered officiant will be here to legally perform the marriage ceremony.

While we work on logistics, pricing, and other details of these micro-weddings, feel free to pass this blog along to anyone who’s had to reschedule their wedding this summer. We’re here to answer any questions and look forward to serving couples this summer, fall, and definitely into the winter months.

Thanks,

Barb
